Established in 2003, MHC is a privately owned crew solutions and aviation consultancy company. Our fields of specialty are Recruitment, Contracting and Payroll Support, HR and Training Administration, and Aviation Insurance arrangements.

In cooperation with our partners, we offer a wide ranging and efficient solutions to our client’s airlines. Our dedicated multi-lingual team is proven to be reliable and able to provide strong support to our clients. Our customer list, and the fact that we have developed from an airline background, secures a solid assurance we comprehend our clients better than our competitors.

We are administrating contractors worldwide, including Pilots, Cabin Crew, Technicians and Operation staff. Our company is based on the belief that our customer needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. Recruitment

We are primarily focusing on recruitment for the airlines with intended ongoing placement with us, but also run pure crew recruitment projects too. We hold extensive flight deck and cabin crew database of A320/A330 and B737/B747 qualified staff.


Crew management

Our partner companies below specialise on full package outsourcing of air and ground crew. Having payroll specialists from different countries worldwide, we ensure smooth communication and offer practical solutions when required. The specialists frequently travel to visit crews at their base and take care of their well-being!


Contracting and Payroll support

We do offer full employment service and payroll support across practically every EU country. This covers regional employment setup compliance, handling of the local tax returns, pensions and other aspects. Unburden of your resources at its best!


HR and Employee relations

As a separate service – one of our departments specialises on full outsourcing of HR department services, primarily covering employee relations, training and development, health and safety, handbook policies and procedures.


Aviation Insurance arrangements

With direct access to the London market we offer best crew insurance packages on Personal Accidents, Travel, Life Insurance and Loss of License covers to most of our client airlines. Our expertise ensures best composition of the coverages for any budget. Finally, we also handle possible claims on behalf of our client airlines.


Training and Inventory Administration

Our recruitment departments are happy to assist in arranging SIM slots with various SIM centers as well as with booking capacity for (ground) courses. Knowing what hassle it can be to deliver daily needed items to crews we have specialists that take care of crew ID, Uniforms, IT inventory and other related inventory, on your behalf.
